how can i apologize to my friend that likes me?

the thing is that my best friend likes me and i said some pretty mean stuff in front of other people that we didn't even know and well i basically rejected him in front of everyone and said that he could never get i girlfriend...even though i didn't mean it and i didn't noticed that i did this..HELP!

well that's not very good, this is something you need to discuss not in front of a bunch of people. try your best and apologize and be honest.
