Skip flowers, perfumes, lotions... pffft!.
Get her something she really likes. Is she into scrapbooking? Get her a book. Keeping a journal: A nice stationary set. iPod: An iTunes gift card. In other words, get her something you know she'll use and think of you every time she does.

It really depends on the girl. If she is into music get her a CD that you know she doesn't have or a t-shirt with her favorite singer or band on it. If she is into beauty products get her a bath gift basket with scented body wash, lotion etc. in it. It's hard to say without knowing her. I always buy for the individual based on their personality and age.

Depends on the age and if she is a good friend, a cousin a sister?? flowers, a poster of her favorite singer, a gift card, a jewelry box, favorite cd, her favorite food, (sweets) especially if they are kind of expensive

Is there a Claire's anywhere near you? They have outstanding deals 20 items for 10dollars. Items from rings, to hair accesorries, sunglasses, makeup...try it out. Would be awesome to receive 20 items for a bday!!!

the best gift is whatever is in style now like those huge purses or some skiinny jeans.... but the safe way to go is get a gift card to a shopping mall

Depends on the age.
A Body Shop pack is always good, My Bday was the 15th, and i Got a Tattoo voucher, yay, another tattoo!.
Vouchers are good if you have no idea.

I always like getting lotions, candles, bath salts, bubble bath, etc. You can always use some more and it's girly and nice. Plus it is a pretty neutral message.
