She won a Karaoke contest for gosh sake....why is she selling millions of records? To add insult to injury she's not attractive or sexy either.

If you think that being attractive or sexy makes you a star, I'm sure you're not. Kelly has got a great voice and personality. She is nothing like Britney Spears. Britney has got her assets and Kelly has got her own. You can give me a thumb down, I don't care. I'm just saying what I think is right.

Perhaps people like Kelly because she seems to be a real person and America was able to see her evolve on American Idol. I am from Texas and the Dallas area and I know that Kelly really is what you see. She or her managment is seemly trying to make her be something that she is not and she seems to be fighting this pretty hard. I know that one doesn't have to be beautiful to be successful so I say I support her all the way. Look at Reba McIntyer and how successful she is!! Give the girl a chance to prove that she is real.

I don't care for people who come from American Idol, but she's a pop artist who can actually sing really well, and she's cute. She's had some pretty decent songs, too.
