Alot of popular places sell plus-size clothes specially online, and not so much in stores. (it sucks..)..
So try looking at some of her favorite clothes brand sites, and there might be a special plus sized section.
Old Navy is really awesome as well, but they sell all sizes in their stores.

I'm not sure if this store is still at the mall but it is agaci too. They had cute plus size clothes. You can also look online on ebay and enter in her size. Vanity carries some plus size as well depending on what state your in.

well where i live we have a fred meyers and they have cute clothes in the juniors plus size section they look really good

Theres debs or old navey has some things...I am a bigger person and i go to hollister....umm But theres alot out there you just have to find them...
