Well,in Japan,people kept saying that there's a gakuen alice season 2 but it's just rumours.
But,again,the people in the company making the gakuen alice anime said that they will be planning on making a season 2 but no decision has been made.

There have been no official announcements reguarding a second season of Gakuen Alice.. even if it would be released under a different name, there still would have been an official statement saying how a new season would be out and under a different name.
So, no there is no second season, so it won't be out in fall.
