My Mother and Sister were once cornered by a squirrel! A squirrel got into the house and had my Mother and Sister standing on top of the kitchen table, then I had the fun filled job of chasing it out of the house. It was never harmed in the process, but it did scare the hell out of my mom and sis.

I am not sure why you would want to do that. They are unpredictable, have razor sharp claws and teeth. When I was a kid, I used to feed this one squirrel (an all Black squirrel). I would hold bread out in my open palm and it would come up very cautiously, and eat it out of my palm. One day, it came into the house, through our opened backdoor, and once in the house, went nuts (excuse the pun). It ran all over the place, up curtains, in and out of rooms before it finally found the opened door and ran out. My point is that they are cute, furry little animals, but when in a foreign or threatening environment, they are wild creatures who don't want to be caught!

Are you crazy! Number one, you don't want to catch a squirrel, the claws on that thing would tear you to shreds. Also, if dogs and other quick animals can't catch one what makes you think you can? I will just let you think about what a ignorant question you just asked.

Yes, in a live catch trap. They go in to get the bait and step on a lever and the doors drop shut. They were getting in my attic. I take them to the park and release them

My dog catches them all the time, they do not get along very well. She is much lass careful about not harming them.

Never caught one, but when I was a little, one perched on my shoulder and I had to walk home with it like that.

No, because squirrels scratch you up.

yes. at the park when I lived in the city they used to sit on your lap and eat out of your hands.

also at my old neighborhood (not the city), my neighbor used to set out traps for them... I don't really know why he wanted to trap them, but my friends and I used to set them all free. also in that neighborhood we got them so used top us that they'd eat out of our hands, and the chipmunks too.

the key is being patient, I know this was a silly question, not serious, but you really can get them to trust you enough to catch them.
