If you just washed them, then no they are fine. But if you dried them as well, then they may be damaged. Heat does effect magnets and that is how the card works.

Oh ! Don't you worry about the "CREDIT CARDS" getting damaged. You were damaged the instant you got or asked for them. No after drying out you will be able to get more danaged by them ... they will work fine.

Nope, just wet. Dry them off and they are back to new. Your paper money and any other paper in your wallet will need to be very carefully removed and layed out flat to dry.
