If you just washed them, then no they are fine. But if you dried them as well, then they may be damaged. Heat does effect magnets and that is how the card works.

Oh ! Don't you worry about the "CREDIT CARDS" getting damaged. You were damaged the instant you got or asked for them. No after drying out you will be able to get more danaged by them ... they will work fine.

Nope, just wet. Dry them off and they are back to new. Your paper money and any other paper in your wallet will need to be very carefully removed and layed out flat to dry.

I've done it- washed and dried a credit card in my pocket. It still worked.

Ummm... i do believe that credit cards are plastic. And the life of plastic is as follows:
plastic+heat= :(
plastic+water= :)

No... whenever I leave any type of plastic card in my wallet it never gets ruined.

Did you dry them? The dryer heat would ruin them before the water would.

They are probably fine. But if you put them in the dryer, you may have a problem.

They shouldn't be. I'm just making an educated guess, but as long as they didn't get scratched up, they should be fine.
