There are free e-books at www.balajisebookworld.com and I believe book 1-6 of the Harry Potter series is there...

You cant - they are not in public domain. Ms. Rowling is in the business of writing and selling books. You cannot read them online. You may be able to buy them used at half.com but you cannot get them free. Pax - C.
