so theres this girl i like. when i first saw her i thought she was hot. and she still is. i've known her for 2 years now. the first half of the year we werent really friends. but then after the half we started talking and became really good friends. all the guys wanted to go out with her and she just rejected them. i didnt want to ask because then it wud ruin our friend ship and she wud reject me. so to this day we are friends. but i still have this big crush on her. i love her. wen she calls me we talk for hours. she talks because we are friends. i talk because i want to get to no her and hopefully we will be together. but i dont see that happening. it wud defintnly ruin our friendship. so shud i just ignore my feeling towards her and just continue the friendship or shud i tell her and stop being friends?
i want the first choice but im not being honest with her and i feel like im takinng advantage even though i wud never. so wat shud i do??

you got a good start. any lasting relationship needs to always have that element of friendship. you can have both, but it has to be the right time. just dont rush it let it happen on its own...

If you love her, you should be honest with her. She probably has some idea that you like her anyway. Girls just know these things, even if they don't say so. She could be waiting for you to make the first move, you never know. And if wouldn't ruin your friendship. It might change it a little, but you'd still be friends with her, because it sounds like you mean a lot to her, even if just as a friend. She wouldn't let you go just because she didn't have the same feelings as you. So don't worry, go ahead and tell her the truth. She'll respect you for it.

It's better to have a bird in the hand than two in the bush.

Okay, it's better to be friends than to wish you had never said something that destroyed everything.

Better to let her one day discover you are than man for her. Better than to have her remember you, if at all, as the friend she use to have.

In a moment of happiness you both are having you can reach out and hug her and quickly release and continue doing whatever it was just like - nothing exatrondiary had happened.

Or you could reach out and lightly touch her hand and withdrawn it as though it was no big deal. And continue doing whatever you were doing.

You could tell her how great she is and how much you cherish your friendship.

The trick is to get her to realize she wants more and approach you or let her hand linger longer where your heart beats faster and she wants to take it to the next step.

Of course we are taking baby steps. Nothing worthhile happens in a second.

Good Luck.

You should tell her how you feel about her. If you been friends for 2 years it shouldnt ruin the friendship. Next time you talk just say..."Weve been friends for awhile and theres something Id like to tell you or talk to you about, is it ok if we go for a walk or go get something to eat? hell maybe even over coffee. Just tell her I dont want to make you feel akward or uncomfortable but I would like to let you know I have liked you as more than friends for a while and was hoping maybe we could try the dating scene? IDK something along those lines...Honesty is always the best policy and you never know maybe she likes you as well and just never knew how to talk to you about it. If by chance she happens to say no then your still friends and theres still a chance because you will continue to talk and hang out....GL babe...ive been there and found out when it was 2 late....

Try to find the right moment and tell her. You don't have to end the friendship if she doesn't fell the same, but you might not want to be friends if she rejects your feelings. I think you have more to gain and maybe nothing to lose.

Ask her out! You cannot hide your feelings forever! What are you going to do when you're like 80 years old and still wondering what it would be like if you went out with her then being friends with her forever. There is nothing wrong with staying friends but maybe she'll say yes if you ask her out and maybe you'll marry eachother and will stay more then friends, forever.

well..first off does she send you any signs of having any feelings toward you besides just being friends? if so, then go for it. be a little flirtatious and see how she reacts but do not be pushy and creep her out man...that would not be cool. but if she shows you signs of liking you then question the subject when time is appropriate. good luck. !!
