You can get one made up to match you skin type and colour exactly by Perscriptive. They match absolutely any skin tone and with SPF and highlighters if you want...a bottle costs around £32, they are in House of Fraser or Dingles or Jolly's or whatever you big department store is called! I think John Lewis and Debenhams do them too.Or google them.

If you're if America...they I'm sure if you went to Sephora they'd advise you of which brand woul suit your type best.

Never use Clinique bases as they are so cloggy...

Chanticie(not sure of the correct spelling) are very lovely.

If you want a natural and light base just to even skin tone, try You Rebel by Benefit.

I never use an all over base unless my skin is really bad- I just do spot covering...and if i do then I use Dermalogica total sun block which has a natural tint in it.

I hope I've covered enough choices for you!

This is a really complicated question...It depends on yur skin type and the type of coverage that you are looking for...that is why each company makes so many types of foundations.I worked for Clinique for many years and there was no one foundation that would work for everyone. I have two thoughts, one- skincare is worth its weight in gold, prep your skin right and you foundation will last longer and be more perfected as well as you won't feel like you need as much which will make your life easier...second, if you reask the question and describe your skin type (oily, dry, flakey, dull), include what you want your skin to look like, I could give you more...

OK- so the 'dryness' you are experiencing is actually probably dead skin- try exfoiliating with Exfoliating Scrub (CLinique) and if you want a moderate coverage I recommend Perfectly Real or if you need more coverage or want oil control try Clarifying Makeup, but go to the counter and get skin typed...

I use Max Factor pan stick. Max factor is the very first makeup invented that was used in the movies way back when. Sometimes old things are the best things. It covers as well as you want it to. I use a sponge to put it on and I can make it heavy or light. It makes your fact look flawless and I always get compliments. I also put powder over it to set it. You can't go wrong with this product and it's available in stores like Walmart and Target, ect and is affordable. The most expensive is not necessarily the best.

I LOVE bare minerals. Its a powder foundation. It covers well, blends great and looks natural. because its a powder it might help absorb extra oil, but it won't dry our your skin. Its a bit pricey, and once you try it you will probaby be hooked..so keep that in mind too. some salons sell it, or you can get it through the infomercials or web site. for a starter kit I think it runs around 45$ but it comes with two shades of foundation, mineral veil (which rox) and a bronzer/blush type thing.

there are alot of good ones out there, but the best one i have is called bare naturale..its really handy. all u do is dip it in the powder(its mess free) and it has a built in brush and everything. L'oreal is the brand. Some advice is be very carefull wen u pick a color 4 any foundation because u want somethin thts about 1 shade darker than ur actuall skin tone. DO NOT GO ANY DARKER!! be careful to blend evenly too!! go to walmart and u can get it for about 13.00 but ...trust me its worth it!!

I'm not sure which one is the best; however I use covergirl or there is a kind at The Dollar Stores and all it's got on the package is an A. Just make sure it matches your skin and doesn't look too dark for you. Also the liquid powder is good. It goes on smooth and doesn't feel like it is caked on your face. You can find a lot of them at Wal-Mart also.

It depends on your face and what it's needs are. I would choose one that is oil-free. It also depends if you want light or full coverage and it has to be easily blendable. Usually yellow tones work well with most face tones. I really like bare escentuals brand b/c it is natural minerals and looks great. Also choose one with an spf usually a 15. Avon's newest foundation called anew is great. I would also look at sephora.com. They have a lot of great choices that are used by so many teens and women. Hope I could help.

Today I went to Target and there is this new brand called Boots, (its the #1 in the UK) There was a lady and she did my makeup and i looked like a whole new person!! It doesnt clog pored, its light weight ( i can't even feel it!) it blends well & theres a great color selection. The stuff is pricey (i payed $13 for a big bottle of foundation) but it is sooo worth it! Go to www.boots.com for more info.

If your target/CVS doesn't carry it, theres always Maybelline Pure
