Im sure theres many ppl in real life whose names are Richard Little. If someone is named Richard Little and they have the nickname of Dick, then on the SAT's (or in China) their name would be "Little Dick"
Also, all of the Austin Powers names (i.e. Allotta Vagina, Ivana Fuckalot)
Once I was at a restaurant, and the hostess was calling up names of people to be seated (there were long lines). Obviously there was a man there whose name was Harry Butts (unfortunate). He was with two women at the time, and for some reason the hostess called only them.
"Would the two women with Harry Butts please come forward?" she asked.
Everyone in the restaurant was laughing and it took a long time for the stupid woman to figure out why.

Shithea-Thats my mom's friend name..it must have been really embarassing telling someone how to spell your name.
Mrs.Mann-the name of a teacher at my school and she look like a man so thats what made it funny :)
Mrs.Horne- another teacher at my school. the kids would always add a "y" to her name and call her that behind her back.
