First off, I'm going to a wedding for a friend who I used to hang out with in Jr High and part of high school but we went our seperate ways during grade 10. I hadn't seen each other in 5 years up until last year. She couldn't beleive how much I changed and the first thing she mentioned was I had lost weight. I was bigger while I was in school and lost weight and became really confident. This is the first time I've really had to dress up since I lost all the weight and I want to look awesome. There's going to be people at the wedding from school. I know not to show up the bride, so please don't mention that. I just want to strut my stuff. Please help me find the perfect syle of a dress to wear.
I'm 5'0, about a size ten, hour glass shape, 38 C (I need a style with support), med brown hair that's just above my shoulders, brown eyes and kind fair skinned.
What color and style should I wear? Pictures would be great so I know what you mean.

This color would look fabulous on you and it will make you look amazing without upstaging the bride. It will also allow you to wear a bra. If you don't like this dress Macy's has tons of other amazing dresses. You could go for a simple wrap dress if it is a early after noon wedding, but if it is a late after noon evening wedding I would stick to something more formal.

I would advice you to take a simple dress, that fits you the most as you can, and something than lengthen your silhouette, but the best lenght is at the knee. For a wedding, you should take a light color, like pink or blue, but go with a dress that feels "spring/summer". No dark color like black.
Personnally, i love this one :

If your hair is brown, with brown eyes, I would wear a deep red dress. Have a baby cut top part, it would look great, and your can wear good support underneath! Also, you could wear a light golden color. Whatever you wear, don't wear orange!

okay well im guessing that the wedding is going to be in the spring time so your going to want a pretty light pastel colors which is great! since your skin is fair dark colors wont make you pale and overwhelm your complexion. okay first off since you are hourglass shaped you want something that supports but still flaunts so a halter top or thick strapped dress would be perfect since a halter helps support and a thick strapped hides the support
ex:

dos and donts
dont wear something too short it turns your figure from hot to not
do wear a cute little bolero or shrunken jacket over it
dont wear a strapless- it will be bothering you ALL day and night
dont over accesorize. pretty silver jewelry that complements you and your dress is perfect
do flick your hair out at the ends for a more modern and relaxed spring type look
dont wear a dress thats too long because then it'll make you even shorter
my example of the perfect outfit for you is:

Get a silk slip dress with wide straps so you can wear a good bra. That will look great!
