so i have this friend and.. well she says we've been best friends since 4th grade. we are in 8th now. its not true. i didnt even no who she was until maybe 5th? but thats because i sorta used her to get to this other girl. i regret that for many reasons. so now she says we are best friends bla bla. We arnt. she's always calling asking me to go hang with her and stuff. i dont like her. she's so annyoing. how can i get rid of her? how can i just say no without being mean? i dont want to be mean because then she might either a. think its a joke or b. cry and tell her mom. she's such an annoying azhole. and a poser. so how?

and she always steals my stuff. she'll just take it and never give it back. she doesnt ask. i hate it . and she steals my jokes. how can i just tell her i dont want to be friends in a nice way. or say no wen she wants to hang out?

Does she have many friends, obviously if she is hell bent on being friends with you, she must not. I'd help her find some other friends to hang with instead, people with a similiar personality and or looks may accept her, hopefully this would have the affect of her drifting away from you, could try that.
