IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE AND THEN THE SCREEN JUST WENT LIKE THIS DARK BLUE COLOR AND PRETTY MUCH STAYED LIKE THAT. I TRIED TAKIN THE BATTERY OUT AND THE CHIP AND PUTTING THEM BACK IN, NO DIFFERNECE REALLY MADE..ANY SUGGESTIONS??

You've dropped it...hard...and the LCD is fractured. When that happens it looks like someone poured ink in it. I see this all the time in motorcycle LCD displays and have to replace them for that reason. The LCD is a sandwich made up of two sheets of glass and the etched goodies in the middle. When they are "flexed too much" the inner layer turns opaque.

What I would do is take it back to where you bought it at and have them look at it. This could be a defective phone and maybe they will replace it for you if it is not that old. Another option is call your service provider and see if they will replace it.
I would say this could be caused by damage, heat, or just a factory defect. Good luck

What kind of phone, Do you have.. If you have insurance on it, you might can get it replaced it doesn't sound normal.

you should take it wherever you got it and see if they will give you a replacement, if there is a warrenty they should be able to do that.
