Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins. The always send good talent and develop it well. Look at the Pittsburgh Penguins team now. Mostly all of the role players have come from Wilkes Barre. And also Michel Therrien has coached in the AHL with WBS and then got moved up to Pittsburgh. Great AHL team, period.
