i have a gas scooter ( lights Keys, Start, horn, blinker, and ect) can i take this stuff off?

i got into an axident ...... now i am havin electrical problems ..... i took off the part u stand on and stated messin with the wires and now it won't start ..... and theres alot of wire and i get confused ..... can i take off the key part and lights and all that stuff ?

all i really need is the elect start and the breaks

You need lights if you ride on the street.
All street vehicles need lights its the law, they will give you a ticket if the vehicles is unsafe. Unsafe not only to you but others on the street
