Yes, I saw it last sunday! It's a really really good scary movie. I recommend it to any horror movie fan, but it is pretty frigtening (be warned) and it has a lot of tense moments, but its a very fresh movie in the horror genre. I give it 4.5/5 stars.

I saw "Dead Silence" Friday night and was disappointed but, then again, I'm disappointed by most horror films. I want to be scared but, alas, at best I'm in suspense waiting for the predictable to happen.
I mean, c'mon, we all knew the dummy was possessed but he still leaves his wife home, alone, with the dummy while he runs out to get "take out." They had heard the legend of Mary Shaw when they were kids so why didn't he just call some place that delivered?
Ah, well, it had it's moments. That was a cool cemetery and I really liked both his Dad's house and the decaying theater.

I thought it was pretty good. Ending was a little weird/sketchy but I give it an overall B. My only question is, if Ella was a doll, and Mary controlled Ella, why didn't Ella kill Jamie when he came the first time?

I saw the movie yesterday and it was a good film. It's weird with its twisted plot, but it was worthwhile to see.
