While we were watching a show, my parents were like she is soo fat! Even though she looked perfectly skinny to me. And I'm not as skinny as her!

Give your parents a picture of me, and then dare them to call that woman fat again.

I'm serious! I'm fat. I'm over 100 pounds overweight. And I'm not ashamed or embarrassed to admit it.

First of all, the fact that they think something, doesn't make it true. You do. So look in the mirror. Unless you see a fat girl,
refuse to agree with them, refuse to accept the idea from them and refuse to believe it. Also, don't forget that there are different levels of thin and fat, so there will always be someone whose thinner or fatter than another person. But that doesn't mean that someone is too fat for his/her age or even height. In tv and movies, some times they fake it.
Remember that movie, in which a thin black man played
a fat man? He wasn't really that fat. They put something under his clohtse- a fake fat stomach. Same thing with that movie, in which the same man played two parts- a fat woman and a thin man. Acutally, a couple of actors did that, but in one of them, the fat woman was a disguise for him.

They werent implying anything, they were just making a comment on that individual person. Honestly, my moms a little big, and i say women are fat all the time on tv, but when it comes to her she really is beautiful to me and i wouldnt purpose to her to lose any weight.

Well. If your parents are giving it to you I guess that means you never had it yourself. If your BMI is in the healthy range you should certainly ignore them. If you don't know what a BMI is, then you should for your own health awareness.
The average american teenager is overweight. Are you average? Exercise and eat healthy.

oh girl you dont worry about what they say. if you think that you are not fat then keep thinking that way because not too many girls think their body looks okay. i am pretty sure your parents may joke around about you being over weight or may say something about your eating habits. most parents are straight up and dont just hint around... good luck!

Start a nearly deadly habit of throwing up after every meal. That'll show 'em. Or at least make them think that you are doing so.
