well, if you believe in the bible, it says there is a great chasm between the living and the dead. So I would say no.
But his memory definitely goes on. He was a talented musician.
I miss him.

I don't know about the whole "spirit" part but I guess in a way it kind of still lives on within the people that have been inspired by his music and or the people that still listen to his music.
