I bought it but havent opened it. I really bought it jus to hook up 2 my 32" samsung hdtv. I rarely play games on pc. Jus xbox 360. So do u think it is a good graphics card for that or is some better for the same price or cheaper?

There's definetly something better for that price. Depends, can your power supply handle a better card? If it can go x1950 (I think there a couple at that price) or 7600GT/7900GS. I'm not fond on the x1300 because of 4 pixel pipelines, which is too little in my opinion.
