well i will tell you this: if its not nice out tomorrow, ill come over and you can hang out of the sunroof of a car while i drive and we'll make that kite fly if its the last thing we do.

As long as there is wind! Go ahead and fly that kite. If there's lightining...I'd suggest against it. That first Jolt is really strong. **shudder** Hope this helps.

i want to fly my kite too, but where i live it is pouring so i really doubt it. Maybe you can if the weather permits you to.
