nature's bounty hair nails and skin vitamins crushed?

Is it okay to crush and take these vitamin with water? Will they still be effective?

You can technically crush any pill and take it. It will actually help the pill work faster because it doesn't have to be broken down as much when it gets into your stomach. They just might not taste very good.
