lately i've been getting very little exercise and i'm also eating about one meal a day. i don't seem to be looking weight or muscletone but i could be wrong. but, if i need to be active, i'm afraid that my body won't be able to perform. I'll have very little stamina if any. what can i do (besides exercise) that can help me get back into shape?

Healthy mind, healthy body.

You could try exercising and eating properly and see if you still have what it takes.

If you aren't taking care of yourself, what difference does it make if you have the stamina to do anything, since you aren't doing anything. The body is not something you can just turn on and off, it requires constant upkeep.

Human growth hormones stimulate your metabolism. Try a combination of phenylalanine, arginine and ornithine. You can buy them at any health store or an health web site.

exercise exercise exercise exercise exercise exercise

It's the only way to get all the things you mention.

Just learn to love it. You get addicted to it, because your body secretes endorphins (feel-good hormones) while you're exercising.

The best is, you won't get old!

Well, less quickly than most people, anyway.
