You understand there are hundreds of servers? Not all 7.5 million people play on one server.

do deadmines and when you are lvl 21 or lvl 22 there is a quest outside of stockades and go in there you get like 2000 xp from that quest

But my server is Uther and I got a lvl 33 warlock
