To your eighteenth birthday. Criminal records never get dismissed unless otherwise stated in court. Like if you don't commit a crime for X amount of time your charges will be dropped. Usually that kind of judgment last two years.

obviously they cant get access to youth files
so everythang over the age of 18 is fair game my nizzle

I'd say it stays there forever unless you ask for a pardon, then if you are approved your record will be cleaned.
