Could Spain be considered an underdog? They are a great team but they never seem to do entirely well in big tournaments, therefore, making them an underdog in my eyes. It seems like people are always overlooking Spain...They're not the best, but nor are they the worst. They are in between and so they are never getting fully noticed. I would love to see them win the Euro one day, or any other big tournament.

I don't think Portugal is an underdog squad anymore, but losing players like Figo and Deco will be a bit impact to them...so i say Portugal...
only if they don't play Italy

i hope Ireland win it as we have only been to a Euro campaign one in 88 and qualified for the world cup 3 times in our history. Our country loves football and i think we deserve some glory.

ENGLAND...lets face it, the way things are they are not really considered contenders but just once after so much disappointment I'd like to see them do well especially for their fans who have been so loyal.
