Earlier I asked about A.I. or Kobe when it comes to team leadership. The Kobe fans actually used the PRACTICE comment against Iverson....PLEASE! That's not nothing compared to what Kobe has already done. This is what Kobe has done to a team.
1. Influenced Buss to split up a potential dynasty & now the Lakers are alot more crappy team then when Shaq was there.
2. Went to the press & made is problems with Shaq open to the public. That incident caused team distractions & tension.
3. Caused team distractions because he got in trouble for rape. I don't know if he did it but it's his faught for getting in trouble. He should of kept his you know what in his pants.
4. Committing assault & battery to other players & getting suspended multiple times because of it.
5. Phil himself already admitted that Kobe is uncoachable.
6. Didn't step up in a BIG game 7 and let his team down. Kobe was held scoreless in the 2nd half.
And ya'll wanna talk about PRACTICE!

EXCELLENT POINTS!!! WELL DONE!!! I couldn't have said it any better than you!!! Kobe is a rapist, sucks, is a ballhog, loser, dynasty breaker, immature, screwed up the franchise, and ia a lousy teammate!! He sould be suspended much more for purposely hitting players! And should be banned from the NBA!!! Go back to Italy you rapist or where ever the F you came from!! hahahahahahahahaha

That's not a good question. If you watch basketball, you know Kobe doesn't like to share the ball. He's from High School, not the NCAA. He's getting paid to be the new Jordan. It's all marketing. NBA's raitings are really low since Jordan's Bulls won the last championship. Kobe's is good marketing hype and renews NBA fanship. If he was a great teamleader, he wouldn't be breaking scoring titles, he would care about building a team to depend on. Remember, he doesn't handle defense well at all. He was already suspended for 2 games for elbowing players. He has no defensive skills. It probably pisses him off that he can't win the MVP titles like Steve Nash. The NBA rewards athletes that are leaders, brings a team to the top, and shares the ball, not ball hogs. He's not good inspiration for kids. You want athletes to learn to share the ball. He does make a good poster though and imitates Jordan pretty well. But he still needs to earn the comparison to Jordan though. Just look at Jordan and the money he brought to Chicago since winning the 6 Championships. Now that was a great leader.

1. Buss made up his own mind and got rid of Shaq..after Shaq could'nt keep his mouth shut about the Buss family...everyone knows how Shaq likes to run his mouth!
2)Shaq has been dragging Kobe's name through the media every since Kobe came into the league...Kobe was just paying him back..an eye for an eye!.
3) he played better on the days he was away(in court) and had to fly back!...I think the lakers won all those games and they went to the finals...if only shaq was in shape..and could shoot freethrows..lol
4)Missed 2 games because of the suspention..now he's pissed and will score 50ppg the rest of the way..all while in the flow of the offense!
5)Phil himself said Kobe is the best allaround player he's seen....now Phil is back!....hmmmmm..
6)Kobe had 24 pts in the first half of game 7...the lakers were down by 20....he needed to get the young players going..that's why he has 3 playoff wins without a top 50 player..Jordan 1 playoff win..because MJ..would have kept ballhogging!
At 28 yrs old he's been in 135 playoff games.....he's won 3 championships...at the time Caron Butler had his best season playing with Kobe..now he is a allstar!(guess all that practicing with Kobe worked)...Lamar Odom has put up his best #'s with Kobe..Kwame Brown has put up his best #'s with Kobe..Smush Parker has put up his best #'s with Kobe..
they almost knocked off a Pheonix team who was heavily favored and forced a game 7!...there on there way to 2nd consecutive winning season...Kobe averages 6assists per game..among the leader's of SG's.......overall averages of.
30ppg..6apg..6rpg.........hmmmmm....yeah you could say he is a good leader!.........

You don't know ball - you idiot - Kobe Bryant ( the second best player of all time) won 3 rings with shaq so it was time to move on. He wanted to build his own legacy so he started by dropping 81 points! lol lol
