The minute he put his hands on you that is physical abuse, verbal abuse as well, But you have to wonder if he is holding by the arms and lifting you WHATS NEXT. I would put a stop to it rite NOW. Weather it is therapy or leaving him completely

He got physical, but its borderline I think. It was wrong, but I am not sure it could be considered abuse if this is the only time he has ever did it. Sounds like he completely lost his temper and he shouldnt have put his hands on u, but its not something that I havent done myself. I have done it to my sibling. I never hit, but did restrain to get my point across. I guess I am not a good one to ask.

This is domestic violence (both verbal and physical). It will only get worse, so get out now. I lived with this for 22 years, afraid to leave, because of the death threats. He will take over your soul until you are his puppet.
Please talk to a locate Women's Abuse Center in your area.

Yes it is spousal abuse
He has anger management issues
He needs help & fast before he looses control and hits you in anger.
Either make him get help or leave him straight away

Many people might call it that. Legally speaking, it's harder to prove if he isn't leaving marks. That's the rule of thumb when it comes to reporting it or pressing charges.
What you're describing goes beyond "argument". I think you might want to consider some marital counseling at the very least.

No wonder he can take things
out on you.
You are Dumb with putting up
with this gesture.
Next time, he will lift you up,
and throw you as far as he can.
This type of action is called ,verbal
and physical abuse.
What are you waiting for? a good black eye?

Yes, that would be assault and it's a criminal act. As a general rule, the abuse will get worse and will not stop until you act.
