how can i delete or wipe a crypted folder ?

i test folder guard crypting a movie folder and after a restart it didn't promt me for pass, it sayed just "access is denied" and that the path is not accessible
the big problem is that i can't delete it or wipe and the hard space is tacked and i have a big amount of space not backuped and i cant format the partition...
please what should i do ...????

Use the Master Password created during the installation of Folder Guard to uninstall the program.
This will remove protection on the folder.

You MUST CERTAINLY have "that" password because it was necessary to install Folder Guard.....
