Does anyone knows the cheat to get regular clothes into maternity clothes, please help?
Oh, and if anyone knows how to get guns (as in weapons) in the sims2, please tell me.

Hi, you have to download a hack to turn regular clothes into maternity clothes ... there are a couple of versions - depending on whether or not you also have Pets and/or Seasons:

and I think you have a choice between those you hang on your wall, those you can hold & even a beta version of a working hand gun.

try rosesims2, she has a few weapons as the site site is focused on anime and tomb raider type...
