You can file a "Motion to modify child support order," with the same court that ordered you to pay. But, if you are wanting to change the order because you are not the father, you should go and have the DNA test taken. If they won't allow you to have the DNA test taken, you could file a "Motion to modify child support order and for Paternity test," and ask that the court order the child to undergo DNA testiny and that you go and have yours done.

You may need to retain an attorney in your area to help you with this matter. You can call your local (city or state) Bar Association and ask for a referral. If you cannot afford an attorney you can do one of two things (1) seek free legal aid by calling the Bar Association and asking for the phone number(s) (2) ask the clerk of Court for a form to file the Motions to modify child support and for Paternity testing and the clerk should help you. Tell the clerk that you do not have an attorney.

Good luck.

Get a lawyer and let them know that you were refused a dna test when you want one done to prove paternity of the child. I feel you have the right to go for a paternity test to know for sure if the child is yours or not. I do not know if you are screwed or not. A lawyer could be able to tell you more. The mother should not refuse you the dna test at all. She should have no problems with this. Good luck to you and i hope you can establish paternity of the child soon.

I'd say that your screwed! In the state that I live just been married to the mother is reason enough to be the dad. But you have signed the birth certificate so your the dad in the eyes of the law.

In submitting a toddler help case against your husband via this different women persons, it's going to be mandatory for him to take an DNA to make certain if he's the bio father or not. DNA will teach if she has a toddler help case or not against him..

It depends on your state. In California, you're screwed. In Washington state, you can do a DNA test. But, I don't know about any of the other states.
