I clean houses. I'm looking for someone to occasionally come with to help me clean. The thing is I don't want a "business partner" and I work for cash so the person who worked with me would be working for cash too. It would be just a few hours a day a couple days a week. Because of a permanent injury I really needing someone to help me out on a regular basis. So I am kinda interested in having someone who is already in the business too.

Need some suggestions/advice please.

I did this for a while when I was in college, too. I found I really needed to either start a housekeeping business and hire lots of people to work jobs for me, or I had to get out of the business. I had friends to work for me occasionally, but they found other leads for jobs and stopped working for me. I asked around, but not with much luck.
I recommend you do an ad you put up at community colleges. It might read: "Wanted: part-time housekeepers, $X an hour, two to three days a week, three to four hours each time. Call XXX at xxx-xxxx." Then you will have to work to find more clients for the people who call. There are big companies who do this, so look in the phone book and see what their ads look like.
Also, you can place a want ad in the newspaper for just one person. It would read very much the same. Good luck.

I would say, you want an experienced asst. to help you with house keeping. You want to add details about what you said, you actually answered your own question in my opinion!!
