I actually agree with the guys who said that Del Bosque would be the best . He was actually the only coach in the last few years (talking about the real specifically ) to compose a balanced team ; playing both beautifully and strongly .

Benitez is not leaving Liverpool
Mourinho is staying at Chelsea despite all the rumors...
The best possible replacement will be Bernd Schuster , the Getafe current manager.
He lifted getafe up from the spanish second division and transformed them into a really good team...
other choices would be Del Bosque...he was fantastic at Madrid...and also the former Madrid coach...Guus Hiddink!

i've heard that mourinho is on real's top wanted list and that capello is going to liverpool!!!!! personally i think real madrid is beyond help and changing managers every few months...they are a perfect example of "money can't buy everything".they have the worl'd top players and still cannot even manage a second spot in the la liga! the real team is full of egos and if they want to win something they should put it aside and learn to accept each other's superstardom and learn to work together.

Guus Hidink as he is the 3rd best manager in the world. Alex ferguson would never leave Man Utd and keano isnt leaving Sunderland so i think Guus is the best option for Real

The most suitable person to replace him would be Vincente Del Bosque (former Real coach)! He's more suitable in handling those Galacticos..
