How do they do this. I am still online when they do it. Would re-formatting my computer help at all?

They unblock themselves while i am on my account. Its a very experienced hacker who harasses me constantly. I will block who ever it is and they will unblock. We do this several times.

it is highly possible that they just change one letter in their id. For example: superman12356 could become supermanl23456....therefore they would not be blocked under the new id. It has happened to me before.

Not possible--only thing I can think of is a virus, maybe a key logger. Not to sure though, you can be imagining it? x_x
