Does "Deflowered" mean in this sense, that the external changes to the vagina has occured...if there is any?

For instence...when the Hymen is broken...does the cliterous seem different then before?

The clinical term for a male taking a female's virginity is defloration. In older times, society (non-medical) referred to it as "deflowering". It has stuck through the years but the basis was the actual medical term for the the act of taking a girl's virginity or the destruction of the hymen.
