Should I tell my friends mom about her grades?

They are awfully bad but her mom won't let her go to the dance if they are below a C... which they are.

no its none of your business and if they were that bad the school would call home. let the friend tell if she really needs to. don't get involved or the friend wont like u

I wouldn't. The truth will come out soon enough and your friend would see you as a tattle-tale. If your friend's mum was really all that concerned, she would be emailing the teachers.

No, her honesty belongs to her not you. You should tell your friend to be honest though.
