Unfortunately, there is no quick HEALTHY way to reduce a significant amount of fat in 7 days. You can reduce calories and exercise, but that won't necessarily spot-reduce just your stomach. You will first lose weight everywhere before you lose weight in the stomach. Stomach fat is perhaps the most difficult weight to lose. But, depending on the amount of weight you want to lose, a strenous excercise routine and a moderated diet will help.

Here's the best way to lose weight in two weeks or less:

Eat in VERY short rationings every two to three hours. This tricks your body into thinking you are feeding it a lot, when you are really feeding it the same amount of food or less. This will increase your natural metabolism and burn off fat even while you're not working out.

Do sit ups for fifteen minutes a day, and try to run at least four times a week for 30-45 minutes.

Eat healthy and work out. You'll lose weight in no time!

Run, bike run, bike etc etc. You need to obtain a "fat burning zone" through exercise. This is a moderate intensity for moderate to longer duration. Also do Pilate's or yoga to keep your muscles fit and lean. Some ab exercise's will also help! BUT you must lost the fat before you can show off the toned muscles!

You shouldn't lose any weight in that amount of time-it's unhealthy. Any weight you do lose would be water weight, and you would gain it almost immediatly. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthier and exercise more. Getting the proper amount of sleep also helps.

Eat Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch, and then have a regular dinner. Do excersize and make sure you get protien and you should be able to lose 3lbs. in a week or 6lbs. in two weeks.

Drink hot lemon water all day. Eat fruit, veggies and boiled eggs. Stay away from bread, pasta and fruit. If they give body wraps in your area, get one. Be sure to take your vitamins.

Don't forget to do your exercises.

No such thing as spot reducing. The body doesn't work that way. Cut down on your caloric intact and get good quality foods in you and work out.
