Nylon (plastic) latice would be a good product. It covers and allows wind to go through.

there is a type of wood lathe board you can buy in 4 x 8 sheets that is made of redwood or cedar that you could cut treat and install, Two things though, first, while a great trellis maker, these products are not going to keep critters out from under your place. Second, It probably wont save you anything, by the time you buy all the supplies, (perhaps including some kind of wire mesh for the inside of the lattice board to keep critters away from your wiring, etc,) may cost you more. Also check your local codes. some places regulate
whether or not you must have true skirting, Same thing applies to using ground timbers, cement riser block, terracing, or any other treatment.

RE:
Mobile home skirting----idea assistance?
I need to replace skirting due to hurricane damage. I would like to use wood, maybe a picket fence look. Any ideas for this do-it-yourself project?
PS...I am not concerned with termites, I hate the aluminum shirting, or I should say, what's left of it.....strong wind sends it flying). Also...

First of all, you should be worried about termites. Any skirting that they will eat will be a bridge into the rest of the home. The best solution that I've seen is to pour a 'mud sill' (a shallow footer) and lay block on top of it. The block can be one course high. Then let the skirting rest on the block, instead of on the ground. This will give an anchorage that won't move with the weather and a face to weed eat against without damaging the skirting.

I agree with rickin nylon white lattice looks really nice. build your frame below the mobile and the ground, cut and install the white lattice. this would absolutely spice up your mobile for resale. And a coat of paint around inside wouldn't hurt either. A little freshness in any-ones life goes a long way dear. Enjoy your project, I hope no more storms come your way. I couldnt handle those hurricanes you guys get. good luck

You can build a frame with treated 2x4's.
Just measure the space between the ground and the bottom of the mobile.
It may be a better idea to use siding to attach to your 2x4 frame as it will keep critters (small dogs & cats, squirrels, baby skunks) out of there.

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/OGmpl
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.
