Do you really believe in astrology??

Question

It's weird b/c i usually don't believe in those things b/c i feel it's against my religion but recently i someone told me to check this website out and i did. well it freaked me out b/c everything it said about me was true and I read the part abt my future and it said I was going to become distuctive and get in trouble with the law which I don't think that's going to happen but I never know. I could change later in life and become rude and disobedient :(

Although I sometimes read my horoscope, I don't believe you can predict someone's future, or pigeon-hole them into a personality type by simply knowing when the person was born. Be your own person, and create your own future - don't be a sheep led by what someone else says is going to happen because of your birthday.

I don't really take anything to heart, even when it seems like horoscopes and the like are speaking directly to me. To me, they are just general guesses about situations in life that could happen to practically anyone, because sometimes I read horoscopes for other signs and I still find that the message could relate to me.

So, all in all, the only thing I "believe" in, and to some extent, is predictions about compatibility, and that's only because the majority of the time I find that they're true.. but at the end of the day it's more about personality than anything astrological..

No. Horoscopes are complete b*lls%t. If you need proof as to that statement, tkae me as an example. I am born on september 10th, thus officially making me a virgo girl. We are described as clean freaks, uber-organized, slightly anal, work driven, focused and completely un-slackerish. Now take a look around my room, I can't even see the floor right now, the notes I'm supposed to be typing up instead of procrastinating here are spread all over the floor.
Seriously, sometimes you are bound by sheer coincidence to stumble on an astrological site that fits you, but just remember that for each one that fits there are 100 that you would laught at the sheer ridiculousness of.

yes i do believe in astrology but only into the character analysis not the daily forecast. It has become one of my evalution tools of analyizing people, though it may not be accurate on everyone. But i could say it's almost 80% true on most people.

I guess it has nothing to do with religion since this is not something "evil" to against any religious belief or forcing people to do evil things.

Well, it all depends. I believe in it occasionly because i guess when my horoscope says something bads gonna happen or something like that (which so far its been 100% right, ironically, because i read my horoscope at the end of the day) i need something to blame on y my day went so bad. People believe in whatever they need to to get through life.

I don't believe in it. I don't read the horoscope because God condemns it. Anyway, I don't want to know the future. There is no destiny. Our lives depend on time and circumstances.

How can it be real, though? So, they predict what happened right once in a while--but the reading is the same for everyone on that day?...Eh. Kind of unlikely.

i know my mom caused my car accident and 4.5 month coma in '96. my stepdad was driving and my sister and aunt were in the vehicle, too. (but my aunt is dead now). i'm a cancer and she's a picses, and we have NEVER gotten along. my sister is a virgo and she has ALWAYS taken my mom's side. my stepdad is a sag. and ALWAYS does what she says. my daughter is a virgo too and will be 14 on Sept. 13th. and ALL she HATES me now! i have problems and need to TALK... i'm going to the tribe.

no because it is a suedo psychology, and has no physical facts to back it up. So unless the stars told you something that only you and GOD know about don't believe it.
