Good question. I wouldn't say that I was unhappy and I wouldn't say that I was fully happy. I'm grateful that I have great friends, a loving family, that I have no major health problems and that I'm not living in poverty or in a country that is plagued by famine and war. But on the other hand, I get teased at school frequently, I have a low self esteem, I'm extremely shy so I feel quite timid most of the time, I've been incredibly unlucky in love and I feel people keep throwing things back in my face. I don't think that anybody is ever fully happy with their life because no matter how good life is we humans are never satisfied. We always want more and we forget to look at the good things we have already.

At the moment I would say I'm content. I just got out of a situation where I was straight up miserable, and in about a year and a half I will get out of the military and begin living the life I've been dreaming of. Then I'll be happy, now I'm just ok.

At this particular instant, a darkness that No amount of light could illuminate has passed over my mind. Maybe tomorrow, It will get better. The glass which was half full has been shattered. The lucidity I experienced once before has left...and nothing seems right. Why, you may ask, is so much negativity passing through this site from one answer? Because....I can't figure it out.

I gave this question a star, because honestly it's a good question. I am not happy with my life, but I have a plan and come next september... i will be MORE than happy with my life. :] God will never give me more than I can handle, so I know the rough path Im on will end sooner or later.

Not at the moment....I'm one of those baby boomers that bought into the 60's hype that your can "have it all"....I've come to the conclusion that notion was incorrect and I can't figure out what to do now....the bubble's burst and I find myself quietly humming the Peggy Lee song "Is That All There Is?"....well, you asked (footnote: if you are under 40 years old this will make no sense to you.....Yet!)

My life is truly just beginning and I am loving every minute of it, including the downs. The downs are what make the good things seem so much better! And I always remember that there are people much worse off that I am. :)

No. There was times when I have been very happy, but things change and not always for the best. I am very sad right now, but hope that I can be happy again oneday.

I am not happy with the government or what mankind has done to this planet, but I am happy.
And one thing that makes me happier is helping this old world.

nope...I am fat and bald and have no money and all I think about is sex and revenge and Amy..and I have no clue as what to about any thing..I stuck in a rut for years now..some times I miss I could just run away but where to...am I so sick of every thing..people suck..even my cats suck..they come around when they want some thing..selfish bastards....so how are doing..me ..I am okay..

Everybody goes through bad times..
and God knows I have been through some life threatening things to say it lightly..but I am still here..
