men have an internal need to "spread their seed" its biological whereas Women are all about touch & feelings--it can be harder to pass around.

Going way way back into the caveman era, Men had four basic jobs.
Protect the land, protect the wife and kids, get food, and make babies. While women get pregnant, the Men may have to do it with many women in order to keep the population stable.

Women get their needs just as much as men but just don't brag about them like men do. But if you know some girl who isn't very active, it's probably cause she is scared to get PREGNANT!

They aren't really. They are just more vocal about it. Men like to brag (and exaggerate) about their sexual escapades, while women don't tend to.

they aren't, just more open about it. a guy talks about sex or is very sexually active he's a stud, a girl does it she's promiscuous, same old double standard.
