For the search history in the google search bar, in the google toolbar go to the left of the google tool bar and click on the little arrow next to google. It opens a little window where you can click on where it says: "clear search history".

You need to delete your cookies in your temporary internet files
Start button
Control Panel
Internet Options
Under the General Tab look at Browsing History, Click the Delete button. After that click the settings button, then click on view files. This will mostlikly list all the cookies that were not deleted, just highlight everything in the folder and either Right Click Delete, or press the Delete key on your keyboard

In Internet Explorer 7 go to Tools, Internet Options, Click on Content Tap and in the Auto Complete section, click on Settings button and clear what you want to clear
I don't know where exactly you have to go in previous versions of IE but thats something like that, just click the tabs and try to find that Auto Complete section

You can't "fix" it. It's not broken. Probably better to just stop surfing porn sites.
