If they're Chavs, then yes, use the crossbow. If they're Emo kids, go and give them a bottle of strongbow and a shoulder to cry on.

Just because the kids are wearing hoodies it doesnt make them yobs or thugs, people see these kids and mark them just for what they are wearing. Think of it this way, you see A nun, she is wearing her habit, her head is covered, is she a hoody ? Never judge a book by its cover.
