Side Note: Sharks are FISH. Whales are Mammals. Some Sharks lay eggs, some live-breeders. But all Whales are live-breeders.

Bettas are fish. They are what you call labyrinth. Which means they breath air to live just like people. You know you should never put two males together. They will fight to the death. They are also called Siamese Fighting Fish.

Fish, but they have a primitive breathing organ known as the "labyrinth lung" that they use to breathe in surface air. That makes it important to make sure there is a water line in your tank, so he can get to the surface to breathe; in essence, it is possible to drown a betta.

To 081. Sharks are not mammals. They are fish. Some sharks give live birth, others lay eggs. In live-bearing sharks, the older ones still inside the mother shark, will eat the younger ones.

They're fish.
Mammals are animals that give birth to physical animals. In other words, animals that are born inside a shell are not mammals. Sharks and whales are the only two "fish" (some people consider them fish) to have physical offspring outside of
Fish, turtles, crabs, alligators and snakes are just a few animals that are born in shells.
Mammals include humans, bears, dogs, whales, sharks, rabbits, etc.
