Well, just remember, it's not about your wife, it's about your kid(s). If you're lying, you are just hurting the kids. Use your conscience in this situation.

Honestly, I would tell you, as a single mother, I would let you know Child support is no joke, some mothers use it as a means of just taking an honest hard working father like yourself for all he's worth but then there are people like me that have to use the court system because there are father's that refuse to support their children. If I was you I would find all proof you have of your income for the past 3 years like the judge asked for and any deduction proof that would be in your company files and all state and/federal tax papers(the 1040's and state tax forms) to show your business deductions. Another idea is to make sure you have a lawyer(I know it's an expense but they are the best people to have to explain child support law to you in your state) otherwise the courts can easily take advantage of you.

The way it should be calculated is by putting together both incomes. U can ask for a modification of you case, that way U can lower your monthly payment. In some states they have especial programs to help U pay your arrears, U should go and speak with a worker and ask if they have that program. good luck!!!

The best thing too do is too bring all the paperwork you have proving that you only make that amount a year, including anything about tax deductions and equipement expenditure.

maximum adult males do no longer supply sufficient funds to maintain a rabbit from what I see whilst it is composed of help. They cover funds and do below the table paintings and do all sorts of loopy stuff to sidestep procuring their young infants. Your first brood of infants come first until now the subsequent brood of 5. in case you won't be in a position to maintain the 1st ones, then do no longer make anymore and don't connect with every physique who has a busload of infants that want funds. the 1st young infants are your important accountability that comes until now the rest. so some distance as documenting the place the money is going, that works the two techniques. you additionally should ought to teach the place you funds is going so as that if there is greater funds it must be divided with the young ones care. If the documentation of the money falls below one million/2 of what it takes to maintain them, does that propose you should make a contribution greater that month to make up for it.? that would look honest to me. greater desires arise somewhat in many circumstances with young infants which you do no longer anticipate, yet however the youngster help maintains to be an identical no remember if greater funds is needed or no longer that month. you won't be in a position to chop up the money out of your ex and young infants whilst they stay interior an identical homestead and he or she has to preserve all their desires because she has custody. you do no longer ought to arise each and every morning and make their breakfast, make certain they have clean clothing to placed on, make certain their homework became accomplished the evening until now, make certain they're clean, make certain they get to college on time and it is merely the start of the day. It merely is going on and on with the aid of the day of what's accomplished for them. i think of that writing a verify is incredibly getting off especially low-priced whilst it is composed of each and every of the paintings that the guy has custody ought to do. Many divorced mothers even have finished time jobs on good of that. i think of your whining is unjustified once you're taking each and every thing into attention.

the judge always thinks that!! your wife just wants as much as she can get you for, i doubt that even if your tax returns are signed by Jesus himself that the judge will believe you remember in a divorce and for child support the man is always at fault always lies and always looses , unless the mom is a HUGE LOOSER and even if she is in jail she stands a good chance of regaining custody when she gets out, buy a box of condoms dude your about to get raped

do you have a lawyer or are you doing this on your own?
check with your county and see if there are any services to represent you at no cost to nominal cost.
they usually go by your gross income. best to get some legal counsel. good luck

It is ridiculious how the courts figure this out. They look only at the gross pay rather than the net pay. It doesn't leave you much to make a living on for yourself.

I suggest you take custody of the children and let your ex pay child support.
Perhaps you'll feel more comfortable proving your income then?
