Probably 2 or 3 years, depending on how much you grow and how much you train. I'm 14, 6'1 and can grab rim and don't really feel like I will be dunking anytime soon. Of course, I'm talking about dunking in practice. You'll probably be 17, 18 before you dunk in any games.

Well, I am 14 and 6 foot too. I can grab the rim and hang on it, but sadly I still can't dunk. Maybe your legs aren't strong enough and you don't have a high vertical. Anyway if you keep practicing jumping and getting the form down, you'll get it sooner or later.

This answer depends on how much you work at it and how much you grow. It is quite possible to train and improve the skills necessary to dunk. You must strengthen your hands to better grip the ball. You must work on your jumping, jumping workouts can be found on the Internet. And, you must work on overall strength of your legs. A good method to build them is by sprinting hills.
The other thing that will make a difference is maturity. I could barely touch the rim in high school, but by the time I was a sophomore in college, dunking was pretty easy (at least in practice).
