errm before you say its impossible, she is rail thin and we did the measurements using a special weighing machine which could calculate your bodyfat. i have 16% body fat and my sis has 2%?? WTH??

Did she actually have a professional body fat test with callipers? If you just used a body fat scale, they are notoriously inaccurate. My husband has 10% body fat and the scale said he was 24% body fat. Enough said.
I have never heard of any woman with 2% body fat......well not any living woman................

she cannot have 2% bodyfat...take her to a doctor and do a body mass index...she is most likely not below 8%
