I was in the same position as you. My life was a total mess, and every day was hell for me. I was so lonely and depressed, and I was sure that suicide was the only way out. But I couldnt do it, and I was so sure that was what I wanted. I wasnt scared to commit suicide, but there was something inside of me that stopped me from doing it.
Although suicide seems like the right answer, when it comes time to do it, something in your heart holds you back.
In the very back of your mind, you know that you have a better life ahead of you and suicide is not the way out.
You have a purpose. Your life means something to someone. You cant commit to death because deep in your heart, you know that your life is worth something, and your life is worth living.

A part of your mental and it is said physical make up will not let you take your own life. I have thought about it before and could not put my family and friends through that pain.
My father succeeded in his try and I was told that suicide is a brain disease. Something in the brain will not let you go through it. I don't know why you can't , but for some reason your head is stopping you. Not a good idea to kill yourself though, life is always full of pain one time or another, and it brings others to deal with not knowing why someone did commit suicide. Very painful.
What in your past has happened to you? That may give you some answer.

I dare to say you don't because you know it is not the answer. You didn't mention how old you were, but I think you are probably still young and have your whole life ahead of you. I promise, the problems you are having now will look like nothing when you look back on it years from now. Suicide is not the answer, you will add problems to the people around you who care about you. Keep you chin up, and remember that things do get better.

I had a friend when I was 14 (she was too), that killed herself because she thought life was so horrible. It wasn't, and now that I am 49 I often think about the reasons she killed herself. They may have seemed like mountains to her then, but I guarantee that if she was still alive now, she would realize that they were just mohills now. Think about it.

Suicide is not the correct way to handle your problems. That just shows that you're scared and are trying to run away from your problems. Be strong and I know its hard but it will make you a stronger person.
