This question is almost unintelligible. The clock hands turn in a CLOCKWISE fashion all the time. It you're talking about daylight savings time, remember Spring forward in which you set your clock ahead one hour at 2 AM to 3 AM and Fall back when 2 AM becomes 1 AM. You can set your clock ahead or back right before you go to bed on the Saturday night in question--you don't have to wait until 2 AM. That may be where you got the 12 AM idea. By the way, it's already happened for this year. Reset your clocks.
If that's not the problem, maybe you're talking about AM and PM. PM starts with noon and ends at 11 PM. Midnight is 12AM and it stays that way until it's noon again. Personally, I wish we operated on 24 hour military time--it's much less confusing once you get the hang of it. Hope I've helped. Do you know where you are, honey?

The clocks go foward at 2 am. the reason for this is that, When trains became a commercial vhicle, they had to draw up an time table to make the trains run on time (but do they ever?!?) Because there are no trains between 2 and 3 they decided to make that seasonal change then!!
