I'm choosing to answer this as if you are serious.

Many universities offer degrees in Folklore -- through their literature departments. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to fashion a degree in Folklore that focuses on dragons and unicorns.

I highly doubt you are going to find any legit schools with a major like.
